Taking any supplement on an "empty stomach" means to take at a minimum of 45 minutes BEFORE food consumption or a minimum of 2 hours AFTER food consumption. This is why we suggest upon rising and just before bedtime, which is easy for most, and also midday (at least 2 hours after lunch and/or 45 minutes before dinner). Many people who have a difficult time taking a midday dose, of whatever they are taking, will take a third dose (if suggested) in the middle of the night if they wake up during that time.

Also, "empty stomach" does not mean that you cannot drink water, coffee, tea or other beverage, except, of course, a high protein shake with fruit, veggies or other fibers, or a pulpy fruit or vegetable juice, which must be digested over time in the stomach. That being said, if you juice using a mastecating juicer (it is elongated looking and completely separates the fiber and pulp from the juice that that there is nothing but juice left), you may consume freshly pressed juice even with "empty stomach" supplements.

Hello again.  One last question:  those NSC caps that I take with nothing on my stomach – how long after I take those can I eat something?  Thanks again.

That is the problem, LinLou; I had a parasitic AND fungal infection after years of taking prescription medications, surgeries under anesthesia and not addressing the root cause of my problems after a motor vehicle accident. Fungus LOVE sugar, including breads, corn, peas, potatoes and other starches that convert to sugar, so starving them of their own cravings will be hard on you and them.

When I used PSOE's, antifungals and antiparasitics, I lost weight, had energy, my mind cleared, etc. – I felt fantastic! If you need any encouragement during this regimen, this is the place to come! We are all rooting for you!!

Once again, thank you Vicki and thank you ramona for your post.  I am eagerly awaiting my order from NSC – I didn't get the oil of oregano (didn't know of it when I placed the order…:(…   I will update you on my progress once I start taking all of those caps/following the antifungal regimen and doing the antifungal diet – that one will be hardest for me as I crave sugars… but I will stick to it!  Bless, bless, bless.

Well God bless you LR; my son replaced my faucet a few years back and the entire cabnet underneath was soaked, warped and stunk to high Heaven! I had been sneezing and had upper respiratory infections for a year or so before my son replaced the faucet, sink and cabinet for me – looks great and I have no trouble with my nose or lungs anymore.

That moldy room is probably the base problem in all of this; when you replaced your Mom's faucet, had the area been wet and warm, it could have been the last straw for your immune system.

The molds grow, burst and send spores throughout the entire house; putting yourself in a damp place makes fungus very happy! Do you ever feel weak after a hot shower, especially if the steam has no ventilation?

Also, I forgot to suggest getting some oil of oregano and place 1-3 drops in each ear to clear them. I would increase your oils to 6000mg per day to protect your neurological system from the mold.

Thank you for your post. I do not take any RX's currently. THAT antibiotic was taken: 2 tabs 1st day then 1 tab daily til gone. I am done with that already. The doc also had given me Loratadine 10mg to use for my stuffy ears-I WAS taking that for a few days but have not used it for about a week. I also take magnesium oxide, calcium 500mg, cholecalciferol 10000unit, lutein20mg & bilberry 1000mg (for my eyes), 1200mg fish oil and a multivitamin. I will purchase what you recommended and go on the rotation regimen and antifungal diet. BTY: our home has a heavy infestation of mold in our basement/office and we will be getting that cleared out within the next month or so (the people doing it will have to pretty much demolish the room and start over- the mold is that bad)- I'm sure that room is not helping the issue. I do not go into that basement/office area unless necessary and if I do, I wear a cloth around my mouth/nose.
Thank you again for your help.

Since this happened right after you worked under you Mom's sink, my first thought is that her faucet may have leaked under the sink for who knows how long and that there may have been mold, mildew and/or other toxins there. When you became directly exposed, it caused typical symptoms, which include dizziness. It may also cause nausea, vomiting, inability to focus, mood related issues, upper respiratory issues (funny little dry coughs or mucus coughs, sore throat, stuffy nose, sinus inflammation, etc.).

First, do you take any prescription medications, other than the antibiotic AND how are you supposed to take the medication?

I suggest the following (IF YOU ARE TAKING PRESCRIPTIONS, some of this will change):

Because you were on a very strong antibiotic, use BioK Plus (Original or Fruit ONLY – comes in 6 and 15 packs of 3.5oz bottles); shake well and consume 1/2 – 1 bottle in the morning and repeat at bedtime for 1-2 months OR, if you prefer capsules, RenewLife Ultimate Flora Critical Care, 50 billion per enterically-coated capsule (2 upon rising and 2 at bedtime EMPTY STOMACH for 1-2 months), then may switch to NSC Pro (2 upon rising and 2 at bedtime for one month, then reduce to 2 at bedtime) -

whatever you do, if you are still taking antibiotics, there is a way to use these while on the antibiotic and a different way to take them.

WITH

NSC-100 (2 upon rising and 2 at bedtime EMPTY STOMACH for at least one month)

NSC-Immzymes (5 upon rising, 5 midday and 5 at bedime EMPTY STOMACH for 7-10 days, then increase to 10-15 upon rising, 10-15 midday and 10-15 at bedtime EMPTY STOMACH for 2-3 months)

WITH

The antifungal rotation regimen (you may find this in the Reference Center on this website; just click onto the article to read and/or print)

Start with NSC Immucleanse for one full month, followed by NSC Caprylic Acid for one full month, followed by any of the other antifungal listed in the article.

Please follow the regimen above for at least 3 months; also, follow the Antifungal Diet (also found in the Reference Center).

The WebAmin has moved this email to the Live Chat Forum because it is a common issue that may help many other members, their friends and/or family members and because there may be more questions asked between the parties; our staff should post an answer shortly.

Bless you for your ministry of great health info! Couple of mths ago, I was putting in a new kitchen faucet (for Mom). While I was on my back under the sink, trying to get off the old faucet, suddenly I became VERY dizzy! This occurred then every time I was under that sink! Long story short: my dizziness has magnified: every time I bend over suddenly, lay down, or move quickly-I am dizzy, sometimes to the point of being nauseous. My doc thot it was sinus related, gave me anti-decongestants, ear clearing meds (my ears are somewhat clogged now also). Those didn't work. She looked in my ears and said they were a little irritated. Then she put me on azithromycin for 5 days. Still not cleared up. So I wnt on internet and wonder if this is a vestibular disorder: labyrinthitis or BPPV or Neuronitis? I was just now going to order some NSC products but thot you might show me what to order that might help. Thank you! – LR
